The fitness room was well-equipped and modern.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the closed pool. It was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and finding out only upon arrival that it would not be available hurt. Additionally, the staff misled me about extending my stay, which added to my frustration because I had to change my plans last minute.

During our 1-night stay, we had a relaxing time exploring the Penn State University area while visiting family nearby. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including make-your-own waffles, which my kids absolutely loved and helped keep our energy up for the day. I was also impressed by how spacious the King Studio Sofa Bed Whirlpool room was, providing plenty of comfort for our family. Our hostesses, Sandy and Sue, were particularly kind to my young grandchildren, making our stay memorable.

Fantastic family getaway!
We had a solid time hanging out with family in the area. The room was spacious and super clean, perfect for my kids to spread out. Breakfast was a hit, especially the make-your-own waffles! Just wished the hallways weren’t so noisy at times, it kinda interrupted our peace. But overall, a lovely stay!

The room was spacious and perfectly designed for our family, ensuring everyone had ample space to relax. The breakfast options were varied and the chocolate croissants were a highlight, delighting both kids and adults. However, the noise levels from the hallway at times interrupted our peace, and access to water after breakfast was less clear than expected. The location was convenient, just a short drive to downtown, but not directly in the crowded area.

The breakfast spread brought a smile to my face—the best free breakfast I've had! Plus, Sandy and Sue, the breakfast crew, were just phenomenal with my kids. It made our stay feel truly special. I can't forget the spaciousness of the King Studio Sofa Bed Whirlpool. it was just perfect for a family getaway!
Prices around big events can be a bummer. I get the hustle, but it makes me think twice about staying for future Penn State visits. Still, the vibes outshine the price tags here.

The King Studio Sofa Bed was perfect for our family. It offered plenty of space to relax after a day at Penn State. The breakfast options impressed me, especially the pancakes and make-your-own waffles that my kids loved. I appreciated that there were friendly staff members helping out during breakfast, making everything feel warm and inviting. However, I found the hallways pretty noisy at times, which disrupted our peace a bit. Also, while the room itself was clean and modern, the pillows didn’t provide much support, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Despite this issue, we had a great time overall and would consider coming back for another visit.

Group perfect getaway
The front desk staff was super friendly, giving us some solid tips on local restaurants. And let me tell you, the breakfast? Amazing spread! You could almost taste the care they put into it. I mean, I was pleasantly surprised. That alone made my mornings worthwhile.
It was a bit on the pricey side, but I guess you pay for quality.
